Is papi actually free?
The Free plan is genuinely free, not a trial. You get a real site, the standard AI assistant, and the Telegram bot with no time limit. It's not everything though: a custom domain, premium themes, and team accounts are paid. Most people start free and only upgrade once they've outgrown it.
I already sell through WhatsApp Status and Instagram DMs. Why do I need this?
You don't have to stop. papi isn't asking you to abandon what already works. It's a real catalog customers can actually browse on their own before they ever message you, so the conversation you do have starts at "I want the blue one" instead of "what do you have?"
How is this different from Wix or Shopify?
Those are page builders you sit down and learn. papi is built around telling it what you want and reviewing the result, from Telegram or a normal conversation, not just a drag-and-drop editor. You can still use a dashboard if you'd rather click than type.
What if the AI gets a request wrong?
You'll see exactly what it's about to do before it does it. Reject it and nothing changes, or just tell it what to fix and try again. Nothing is ever applied without you tapping Approve first.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No, by design. papi is never in the money path. Direct payment collection on your storefront is on the way; when it lands, it connects straight to your own account, same as it always was going to.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes, on paid plans. Free stores live on a papi subdomain (yourstore.papi.ng); upgrading lets you point your own domain at it and drops the papi branding.
